ManaTech is based in Auckland but ships work across NZ and globally. The vast majority of our delivery happens over Zoom and Slack — discovery calls, sprint check-ins, and launch reviews. We can fly to clients for kickoff or major milestones when it makes sense, but most engagements never need an in-person visit.
For NZ clients specifically, the practical advantage of working with a NZ-based agency is data residency, time-zone alignment, and contextual fluency — we understand Xero, IRD, Companies Office, NZLS, REAA, and the other regulatory specifics without needing them explained.
